We provide supports with integrity, transparency, and responsibility, in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards .
Support Coordination
Our Support Coordination service supports you to understand your NDIS plan, connect with the right providers, and make the most of your funding. We help prepare for plan reviews, gather evidence, and advocate for your needs to be funded, ensuring your plan supports what matters most to you.
Community Access
We support you to do social activities within the community so you can explore new or continue your existing recreational activities while engaging with your community. This includes going for movies, shopping, parks, leisure, bowling, etc.
Household Tasks
At World Class Disability Services, we support you to ensure your household chores/tasks are taken care of.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Housekeeping and similar tasks
- Planning, preparing and cooking meals
- Minor repairs to the house and yard
- Individualized training/development of domestic skills.
Personal Care / Grooming
We support you to complete your day-to-day personal care daily activities so that you can live as independently as possible and with dignity. This includes but is not limited to;
- Washing, bathing and showering
- Care of skin, hair, teeth and nails
- Managing medications
- Medical care where appropriate: Catheter care, stoma care, wound care etc
- Mobility and hoist transfers.
Transport
We support you to move around your neighborhood or city travelling with you on public transport, taxis or on own vehicles (depending on your choice of travel mode).
